TAX :
from 1 May 2016, the autonomous province of Trento has introduced the provincial tourist tax as established by L.P. 8/2002 art. 16a. the tax is payable by every person, staying in accommodation located in the provincial territory for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights at the same hotel. The tax rate for the chalet from € 2.00 (Chalet “al Foo”) per person / night. They are provided for exemption cases (eg. children under the age of 14 years).

The above prices include the rental of the cabin, the bed linen, bathroom and kitchen, the consumption of electricity, gas, water and firewood.
The minimum stay is two nights, except for the months of July and August where there is a minimum stay of one week.
Booking confirmations come true ‘by payment of the deposit, while the balance will be paid in cash or by check until the day of your departure.
The day of arrival the cabin will be available from 16.00 hours while the day of departure must be vacated by 10.00.
Children under 3 years old stay for free (if required will be made available also the cot).
Pets of small / medium size, used to live in the apartment.
